Course Description
The Instructing Circuit Level 2 qualification is designed to provide the knowledge and skills to plan and instruct safe and effective circuit training sessions as a core group exercise instructor.
The information covered in this course will allow the learner to develop the skills and knowledge relevant to a circuit training instructor such as the benefits of circuit training and how to plan and conduct a circuit training session safely and effectively.
Career Progression & Entry Requirements
Learners should be over 16 and have achieved a suitable Level 2 Fitness or Gym Instructing qualification before enrolling on this qualification.
Instructing Circuit Level 2 could lead to employment or self-employment as a circuit training instructor.

This course aims to focus on the role and scope of a circuit training instructor, providing the opportunity to acquire several practical and technical skills.
