TFTG are pleased to announce we are recruiting for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the fantastic Northwest Climate Services Ltd based in the centre of St Helens.

About North West Climate Service:

NWCS has been established since 2010 and since then, has been committed to providing high quality service to their nationwide client base, many of whom have been clients since the beginning. NWCS is a privately owned company. They have over 20 years’ experience within the air-conditioning and heating & refrigeration industry, being specialists in the design, installation and maintenance of the same. They have a strong team of engineering and electrical professionals who are always on hand to provide their clients with total peace of mind.

Duties included:

• Monitoring,
• responding and actioning emails
• Assisting colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
• Customer service duties
• Keep databases and spreadsheets up to date with accurate information
• Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
• Answering telephone calls and communicating effectively with customers, suppliers and engineers
• Updating and maintaining all relevant paperwork
• Updating and maintaining bookings and diary system for engineers
• Assisting our engineers to offer an efficient service to our customers
